The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan is a new payment option for prescription medications that works by spreading Medicare Part D drug costs across the calendar year (January – December). This program is designed to help individuals that have large, out-of-pocket prescription drug costs at the beginning of the year.

This program does not reduce the actual cost of your medications–the Extra Help program should be utilized for that. For more information on it, please visit our Extra Help page.

If you are interested in enrolling in the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan, the following options are available:

• Register and/or login to our Patient Portal 
• Call Member Services at 1-877-372-1033 (TTY 711). Member Service Representatives are available 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
• Complete and submit the Tribute Health Plans Medicare Prescription Payment Plan Election Request Form
