Tribute’s PlatinumCare Flex Card provides for convenient payment to be made at the time of service and at any provider who accepts debit card payments. 

Your Tribute PlatinumCare Flex Card can be used with the primary business category of grocery services. 

Card benefit balances can be checked by calling our Tribute Service Team and via online access to your account. Details provided upon card delivery.

$25 per month (with a maximum of $150 per year) to purchase healthy snacks for chronic condition plan members.
